You can now return the damaged or defective orders to us in few easy steps within 10 days of receiving the consignment. Follow the below steps for easy returns.

On receipt of the return request, we may arrange the Pickup for most of the regions. If your Pin code doesn’t fall in purview of our company pickup policy then you may arrange the shipping from your end.
The product to be returned should be finely packed in return package with original packing and tags.
We will process 100% refunds * once we receive the product in original condition in original packing with all the original contents.
The refunds are subject to the product condition and other parameters meeting our 10 days return policy.
Please Note: If the customer orders a wrong product, they should get back to us for a Return. It is the customers responsibility at their charges. When they get back to us to return the product, we can refund or exchange with that particular product!
iTechKart believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that iTechKartmarketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentines Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and iTechKart or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly into your debit/credit card or online accounts. Refunds will be subject to the following:
If You have reason to believe that your Account is no longer secure (e.g., in the event of a loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of your account ID, PIN, Password, or any credit, debit card number or netbanking login/password, if applicable), then you agree to immediately notify iTechKart and indemnify iTechKartfrom any liabilities that may arise from the misuse of Your Account.
